2 Tips That Retain More Clients

Recently my car was acting up. I was in parking lot and had a few minutes to spare before heading into a meeting so I decided to schedule a service appointment. The trouble was I looked everywhere for the dealer’s number and couldn’t find it. Not on the windshield, not in the glove compartment, not in the owner’s manual. Nada.

Unbelievable! And kind of made me think twice about wanting to do business with them again. Imagine… there I am wanting to do business with this dealer and yet they’re making it difficult by not making it easy.

What are businesses like this thinking? Or are they thinking at all?

The take away here is make it easy for your customers to do more business with you.

Compare this to a different business, which just sent me an email reminding me that my shopping cart still has some items in it. They’re reminding me about something that I felt was important enough to add to my shopping cart that I might be remiss without. Now that’s proactive!

Keep in mind that experiences like the ones I’ve shared with you above happen to us everyday and can teach anyone with an Internet business a valuable lesson about how to make more money online.
