Article Marketing - Increase Web Traffic

March 25th, 2008 by Administrator

Hi,

If you are not doing article marketing, you are missing out on one of the most effective procedures to increase Web traffic.

Article marketing is one of a handful of procedures and processes you can put in place to help your Internet business grown. It makes no difference whether you want to increase traffic to your Web site, position you or your company as an expert or whether you want more sales. Article marketing can help you achieve those goals faster.

In a nutshell, article marketing involves writing articles on one topic or another related to your product or service, and then telling Web sites about these articles. You “tell” Web sites about your articles using a process known as “article submission.”

Notice how I used the word procedure at the very beginning of this article. In fact, article marketing is a procedure. Just like how changing your oil is a procedure which your mechanic follows.

Let me say one more thing about procedures, and then I’ll move on…

With some procedures, the steps are sequenced in a specific order. For example, your mechanic would not pour oil into your car before removing the fill cap or draining your existing oil… You get the idea?

The same is true with article marketing.

But whereas there are only so many ways to change a car’s oil, there are about as many ways to do article marketing as there are ways to make a cake.

And guess what? When it comes to article marketing, most people screw it up.

That’s not to say they don’t get results. In fact some people have gotten results that seem especially good–but they’ve done so exerting much more effort and by investing much more time than actually necessary.

What I mean is most people who do article marketing are not following the right recipe. And by missing key steps in the article marketing process, they are not maximizing their efforts or resources. Result… their cake does not turn out as tasty as it should.

Stay on the lookout, because I’ll be picking up on where we’ve left off soon.

Ciao,

-Taylor
