Hi,

I was at the grocery store the other day picking up a few things.

From the check out counter, I could see a pallet loaded with TVs. Flat-screen televisions on sale for $80!

The thing that was most interesting wasn’t how there were televisions at the grocery store, even though there’s a great marketing lesson for the taking…

Instead, it was how cheap the sets were: 20-inch televisions for eighty bucks.

When I saw that, I told the cashier how unbelievable that was and how those TVs should be free.

I could see the lady struggling with my statement so I told her the TVs should be free because there’s so much useless and damaging junk on television.

If you watch TV and you’re not getting where you want to be, there’s a pretty good chance you’re stuck where you’re at because you’re a slave to TV. By the way, if you watch DVDs, I’m not talking about you necessarily.

If you want clarity, if you’re struggling to get things done to move your Internet business forward, if you want more time to do what’s truly important… if you want freedom, cut out TV.
