Hi,

You may not know it, but you’ve got lots to talk about that others would be interested in.

Now, if only you had a Web site, if only you had traffic to that Web site and if only you had something on your site for visitors to buy.

I’m getting a bit ahead of myself, so let’s back up…

It is time for you to get your own Web site. Specifically, you need a blog. Your blog can be your soap box. And yes, you can make money blogging.

Ideally, you come up with a domain name, spend a few dollars to register that domain, pay a company to do your Web hosting and then set up your blog with free blog software called WordPress. By the way, if this all sounds complicated, you can outsource this, as in you can pay someone do this for you.

But there is also a totally free and fast way to set up a WordPress blog…

Just go to www.WordPress.com

I want to see you blogging. So stop hiding. Come out of your cave. Here are your instructions:

1. Put up a blog

2. Add a comment here telling me you finally did it.

Ciao!

-Taylor

Well, I have the blog, but getting traffic and deciding on a product, those are harder than setting up wordpress ever was.

    Carol,

I checked out your blog. You’re off to an excellent start!

It looks like you offer a wealth information and I see several targets. Stop overthinking your product. But before I suggest you create one, decide what you like doing and are good at. For example, maybe you’d like to show people around who land in Canada or offer them consulting. In this case you’d be providing a service, which is technically still a product.

About the product, pick you best advice, maybe include some checklists, and put it in an ebook. You could make it specific to a certain prospect or to a certain problem common across prospects (getting a drivers license, bank account, loan, car registered etc.)

If you’re interested in learning how to promote your online business and get more traffic, my intern program is a great place to start.

    Ciao!
